Jane has a long held mindfulness practice which she credits with giving her greater perspective, improved focus, mental resilience and a greater work/life balance.
She has led mindfulness practice with groups and individuals and has shared her approach with clients who have found mindfulness a powerful way to take time out, reducing anxiety and 'overwhelm' to gain a different view of life and work. Leadership clients have found mindfulness improves their focus, productivity and decision-making, especially in times of increased pressure.
Jane has enriched her own lifelong practice, deepening her commitment to mindfulness and meditation through renowned teachers and practitioners Vishvapani Blomfield and Andrew McNeill.
She is happy to create a bespoke mindfulness practice for any of her clients to support their coaching journey and onward personal development.
