THE LIFE STORY SESSIONS

There are times in life when we need to take stock and understand the bigger picture. Maybe there is a fork in the road with a big decision needed, or opportunity arises and we lack courage to embrace it. Often blocks, fears, confusion and apathy prevent us moving positively ahead to fulfil our potential. Sometimes we just feel stuck, unhappy and unfulfilled or have too much choice and opportunity and over-think ourselves into stasis.  

Jane has helped countless clients to gain a new perspective on their life patterns and move forwards to a happier, more authentic existence. Based on her deep experience, Jane has created the Life Story Sessions to explore the themes and events in our lives which shape our story, colour our beliefs and impact our reactions. A unique chance to step back and view life from a new perspective with Jane as your guide.

These intensive sessions will help you re-set your life story and re-align your future by reconnecting with your most deeply held desires and ambitions. You will achieve a greater understanding of your talents, celebrate your successes, gain a deeper insight into key relationships, what fulfils you and what drains you. Working with Jane you can find new awareness of negative emotions and self-limiting beliefs holding you back such as shame, regret, anxiety, and loss.

The Life Story Sessions can be arranged as an intensive 1-2-1 retreat or in a small group for both individual Life Story work with Jane and the chance to share and reflect with other like minded people in a safe and confidential space guided by Jane.
